Tap New game and choose a difficulty, or follow the journey: 32 stages, each introducing one solving technique with a puzzle built for it.

The difficulty depends on the hardest technique a puzzle needs, not on how many cells are empty. Easy needs only singles, Medium pairs and locked candidates, Hard patterns like the X-Wing, Expert wings, Swordfish and Jellyfish. Every puzzle has exactly one solution.

Your own notes are always free. Each hint or joker lowers the base coins of that puzzle by 5 %, filling in all notes automatically by up to 25 %, and at least 75 % always remain. Daily and journey bonuses stay in full. The auto solver finishes the puzzle for you and pays a quarter of the base coins without bonus; the game shows the exact amount before you use it.

For the fifteen elements of the temple garden, jokers and auto solvers, music and backgrounds, and an omamori for your daily streak. Coins are only earned by playing, the app has no in-app purchases.

Elements open with the stages of the journey or after a number of puzzles you solved on your own, whichever comes first. The garden shows how many puzzles are still missing.

Every day at midnight UTC, with the same puzzle for everyone. Mondays are gentle, Saturdays expert, Sundays bring a diagonal sudoku.

If you missed a single day right after a solved one, an omamori bought the next day protects that day and your streak goes on. A protected day keeps the streak alive but adds no day, no seal and no time. Every omamori makes the next one dearer, every five daily puzzles you solve make it cheaper again.

Lay the page flat in good, even light, keep the whole grid including its border in the picture and avoid strong shadows. Check the digits after reading, you can correct any cell before solving or playing. The solver is made for printed puzzles.

Sign in under Settings › Game Center on your device. Best times only come from puzzles solved without help, and the daily leaderboard only takes the daily puzzle on its own day.

Progress is saved on your device and included in its backup. For iPhone and iPad, you can also enable iCloud sync in the app’s settings on both devices, using the same Apple Account. Keep the app open until the sync status confirms it is up to date. An incoming save waits until you leave an open puzzle. If you played independently on both devices, choose which complete save to keep; progress and coins are not combined. Device settings remain local, and offline play still works.

Elemente öffnen sich mit den Etappen der Reise oder nach einer Zahl selbst gelöster Rätsel, je nachdem, was zuerst kommt. Der Garten zeigt, wie viele Rätsel noch fehlen.

Jeden Tag um Mitternacht UTC, für alle dasselbe Rätsel. Montags ist es sanft, samstags für Experten, sonntags kommt ein Diagonal-Sudoku.

Hast du einen einzelnen Tag direkt nach einem gelösten verpasst, schützt ein am nächsten Tag gekauftes Omamori diesen Tag, und deine Serie geht weiter. Ein geschützter Tag hält die Serie, zählt aber nicht mit und bringt kein Siegel und keine Zeit. Jedes Omamori macht das nächste teurer, je fünf gelöste Tagesrätsel machen es wieder günstiger.

Leg die Seite flach in gutes, gleichmäßiges Licht, nimm das ganze Gitter samt Rand ins Bild und vermeide starke Schatten. Prüfe die Ziffern nach dem Einlesen, jede Zelle lässt sich vor dem Lösen oder Spielen korrigieren. Der Löser ist für gedruckte Rätsel gemacht.

Melde dich unter Einstellungen › Game Center auf deinem Gerät an. Bestzeiten zählen nur aus Rätseln ohne Hilfe, und die Tagesrangliste nimmt nur das Tagesrätsel an seinem eigenen Tag.

Dein Fortschritt wird auf dem Gerät gespeichert und gehört zu dessen Backup. Für iPhone und iPad kannst du außerdem in den App-Einstellungen auf beiden Geräten iCloud aktivieren, jeweils mit demselben Apple Account. Lass die App geöffnet, bis der Status den abgeschlossenen Abgleich bestätigt. Ein eingehender Spielstand wartet, bis du ein geöffnetes Rätsel verlässt. Hast du auf beiden Geräten unabhängig gespielt, wählst du einen vollständigen Spielstand aus; Fortschritt und Münzen werden nicht zusammengerechnet. Geräteeinstellungen bleiben lokal und Spielen ohne Netz ist weiterhin möglich.
